This is a MUST for animation junkies, or any parent (like me) who wants to give their child a little bit more intelligent entertainment. It comes as both a DVD AND a Blu Ray, which is a thoughtful plus for Mac users and rippers like myself. As for the content? If you want to learn how Pixar settled on Luxo Jr. as their mascot, or see any of Pixar's earliest, seminal stuff for that matter, then this disc is for you. The extras and the commentary are extremely fascinating, as is seeing the early shorts-- it's amazing how rudimentary and antique it all looks, even from just a few short years away.
If you like animation, the progression of graphic technology, or just want to give your kids something great to watch, get this-- you'll enjoy it.

This is a memory card-- and, while it is hard to write an interesting review for a memory card, I will say this: this speed level, and quality level, is about the only thing I would trust in my drone (which is what I use it for). It's perfect for my drone-- fast, quick writes, small buffer required-- finishes writing all of my video almost as soon as the drone is back on the ground no matter how long I fly.
As for the price-- if this list price is indeed accurate, and not crazy inflated, then this also signifies a great deal!
Other than that-- it's a memory card. You expect it to "just work" for a reason and it does.

This is a clever little gadget that-- if it doesn't do what it promises today, it WILL do what it promises tomorrow. :-) Let me explain that: sometimes "Google Lady" as I call her, will tell you "I'm sorry, I can't help you with that, by I'm trying to learn." And, truth be told, she IS learning, every day-- and Google is working hard to help her.
This device is SUPER useful right out of the box for a few things-- a) pair it with an unlimited music service (I use YouTube Red) and she'll play anything, whenever you want it-- and the audio quality, out of a doohickey this small, is actually really good with weirdly strong bass. B) It will control a select number of your IoT devices, for example I use mine with my Nests and it's flawless. And there's a bunch of other stuff it'll do, as soon as I figure out how (for example, I know there's integration with my Insteon lights, as soon as I spend five minutes learning ITTT).
Is this an essential? Not yet. But for the money it costs, and the little joys it gives my family (particularly my daughter, who loves to talk to "her") it's a great little toy-- that, eventually as they develop it, will be even more important and indispensable.

Nice. A little too thick, a little too shiny

I bought this because I wanted a better-than-average USB-C cable for my car for my new phone (which sent me scrambling because, even though I have HUNDREDS of micro-USB cables, my new phone meant I suddenly needed USB-C... PITA). I have this plugged in and shut into the center console door of my car with the end hanging out to plug my phone into-- the cable is so thick that the console barely closes. Also, you get the sense from the pictures that this is a fancy, old-school braided nylon cable, and it is, but it's too dern shiny-- it's like a bright, silvery white and has a very feminine character to it, which I'm not a huge fan of. -1 star for that.
Other than that, the connector is solid and chunky and definitely gives off the "premium" vibe-- and, as you should expect of ANY USB cable these days, it works as advertised.

The first "true" Android Wear sport watch

This chunky, brick of a watch looks as if it would survive the zombie apocalypse because it probably would-- it is ruggedly handsome with an air of indestructibility.
Also indestructible-- the battery life. I've had this thing on "always on" mode since I bought it and, depending on the complexity of the watch face you choose, it will easily last a work day with life to spare.
Fun extras: the nifty, waterproofing clip over the mic. Be careful, though-- it comes locked down, and in this position the mic won't work-- and there are scant few instructions on how to open it (a helpful YouTube video from a user showed me how). I leave mine open all the time so the watch is voice responsive-- Nixon claims it needs to be closed for full waterproofing-- I don't know if that's true but I also probably wouldn't chance it.
My ONLY quibble goes back to its HUGENESS. Good luck trying to cuff a dress shirt over it-- FRENCH cuffs are particularly annoying. Knocking off a star for that, although that's probably unfair as I was warned. The solution is to buy a "back up" dress watch like the Huawei or the Urbane... goodie, more toys for me. :-)

So I bought this on a whim, just perusing the shelves one day ahead of a vacation for my kids, and I am SO GLAD I picked this up! I gather they did a Mickey Mouse reboot back in 2012, and this is the result-- while purposely trying to look and feel like the originals, it is funny, fresh, fast-paced, and EDGY. BOY is it edgy! These shorts are as hilarious to my wife and I as they are to the kids, which is saying something. Gotta be somewhat careful as a few of these shorts ("Ghoul Friend") are a little TOO edgy for very young kids, but other than that, this is brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. This is boxed as "Season 1" which tells me there must be a season 2... if there is and I can find it, I would buy it right now.

Hard to hear, so... what's the point?

I bought these for my twin sons (along with the Hello Kitty version for my daughter) and, I must admit, they're crazy cute. ...and, that's about the best thing I can say about them. I find the cord is way too thin-- so thin, it won't even coil right, and would never survive my kids swinging them around (which, of course, they can't resist doing). Also, I bought these for a plane trip which is too bad because they're virtually inaudible on a plane. The impedance on these must be unusually high, and the volume limiter, which is a good idea in theory, is WAY too aggressive. I want to protect my kids' hearing... but I also want them to be able to hear what they're trying to listen to.

These headphones are adorable on my daughter! ...and, that's about the best thing I can say about them. I find the cord is way too thin for the weight of the headset (which is exacerbated by the extra weight of the ears and the bow, obviously). The gauge on the cord is so thin, it doesn't even coil right, and would never survive my kids swinging them around. Love this for many reasons, but one more important than the others: how the heck hard is it to find a reasonably-sized, reasonably-priced WHITE flatscreen television these days??? Needed this for an under-counter setup in an all-white kitchen, and learned quite quickly how hard it is to find a white TV these days. Picture is as beautiful as you would expect with surprisingly deep contrast. All of the other features-- like the latest iteration of LG's smart OS and apps are just icing on the cake to me.

How much does this TV weigh? My new Volvo transport has a TV mount for a flat screen TV and specifies TV has to weigh 10 lbs or less.
I don't know the OFFICIAL answer, but if I had to guess just by holding it, this is well less than ten pounds.
