As a gamer/PC builder since 1996, I have seen many a card come & go. XFX has continued to pump out affordable performance series cards in the AMD R series lineup via Best Buy only. For the price, this card really delivers! Comparing it to the R9390, it comes in real close in performance & the quality is outstanding for half the cost. Don't get me wrong, I have the R9390 now & the is a difference. However, compared to other options out, this is a great choice for those who don't want to rebuild their PC to have great video. Be sure to team this up with the Corsair RM600 power supply Best Buy has or have a 600w one with a PCIE "rail". If not, the card may not get enough power & it will glitch making you think the card is bad. This comes factory over clocked & there's more room left. This card can go 1200mhz & 1725mhz on stock cooling! It won't get close to overheating either.

I'm old school & prefer dials over buttons when it comes to electric & water. I also am not a fan of "smart" appliances, since too much runs on that stuff. I almost spent $100 less on a lesser model but that would've not been the best deal. I got this on sale & was leery about how hard it would be to set up. It was easy. Done in about hour, mainly due to the learning curve of how the machine operates. After you figure out how to hang the drain the 39" minimum height & in my case, also use an extension from the end to prevent splashing, you must follow the instructions to calibrate the unit. The process takes about 20 mins to do if you get it right the 1st try. Leveling was easy, it comes preset to almost level from the box! Only 2 levelers in front making it a breeze to level. They tell you to fill the washer with water to level it, no sir. Use a level & compensate for the slight downward angle of the glass, doesn't need to be absolute. I used my cell phone & a level app, setting my phone inside, balancing it in top of the center auger. Don't ask, it worked. Use a real level or just a glass with some water in it on top of the lid until it looks level. Operation from that point is flawless. It went off balance once & that was my error in a small load with the wrong setting making the spin too high. Another feature you can change on any cycle is the spin speed, water temp. & over ride the default water level. Like most washing machines it has more settings than most of us use, however the savings in energy & water are significant. The "smart" feature is simply an app to read the code on screen should one occur & the manual has them listed as well. Very well built, the electronics seem solid, 50 or so loads done already. Cleans like no other even if you fill it to the max line. With the HE soap, it uses less than the detergent says on a full load. Don't go cheap & get new hoses from Best Buy or wherever.

I had 3 or 4 of these over the years. They were all great until the throttle would break or the yaw would do it's own thing. This one is far improved. Much sturdier than before, better calibrated so none is needed in games I've used it in. No software required to run it like before. Response time is as quick as a mouse & keyboard finally! I searched long & far for anything as good as one of these that would be compatible with Windows 10 & by luck, not only was it on this site but was in stock at the store when the site said they didn't carry it. One in stock & I got it. Joysticks aren't the popular thing now but some games you just gotta have one. This one is universal & works with 99% of flight games, even as a controller if you dare, in a driving game!

I bought this to replace an older model to run 2 monitors more smoothly. Both were Nvidia cards & this new one shocked me. I was in a hurry so I didn't read the full specs. This thing is not even a full PCIE card slot long, more the size of a PCI card. It was nice that it was small enough to fit & it did do the 2 monitors good enough...until this. The screen would go black & a message about the video card driver failed would constantly happen. I found out Nvidia has had a bad driver for quite some time now, since July 2015. Any card can be affected & this one was for sure. I tried a new one to be sure, put a 600w power supply in for good measure, no dice. Returned & bought the AMD R7240 & that ended that. Performance wise, while it did work, it was sub par due to a wide array of things like being a PCIE 2.0. Working or not it isn't worth trying, not even as a "last ditch" effort.

I read many reviews, tried to understand why I would spend $100 on a coffee maker. I was wondering where all the $20 Mr. Coffee's went. Then I realized, I'm getting old. I hate cleaning a glass carafe, the inevitable leak from the silicone hoses they used. The lime build up you didn't know about until it was taking an hour to brew. The features on this one really impressed me. It's not a complex thing at all. Fully programmable without going to MIT, easy to fill side reservoir & comes with a gold tone filter for lazy me! Better yet, the carafe is internal, a plastic, like a thermos, all you need is a cup! Plus the LED that lights up when filling was a nice surprise. Flavor is as good as anywhere one would pay $5 a cup & a full 12 cups brews in just under 12 minutes. I like the adjustable shut off time default at 2 hours but I can set it longer if I want the coffee to stay hot longer than 3 hours. So after this recent purchase, we've brewed 1000? cups of coffee or close to it. The charcoal filter is still fine, the "clean" light hasn't come on, not a single glitch. That's why I spent $100 on a coffee maker & it was a steal at that price now that I've experienced this machine. I got the last one on the shelf. Wasn't on display, just saw it online & found a lonely one there in the back. Everyone was buying the super expensive ones & missed out on the best cup after cup of coffee for cheap. Did I mention it takes about 5 minutes to take it apart & clean it? Very easy & I only take the whole thing apart for that once a week. 3 year warranty as well, you can't beat this machine! Some say a larger cup won't fit under. Some will by simply removing the drip tray to fill your cup.

After reading the horror stories of cooler lines breaking & difficult installs, I was leery to say the least. But I did research & found Corsair redesigned the model with high quality braided hoses. Plenty of length & flex to install in the 2 positions one would normally place it in. The cooler lines now mount in the top of the CPU block & the revamped hoses. Also revamped is the Corsair Link software for controlling the lights & fan speeds. I had a Corsair H60 & H80i, so I was familiar with the way Corsair coolers tend to fit. This was easier than I thought & had it installed in 30 minutes. I needed to replace my H80i due to it blocking airflow to my north bridge, not for any other reason. At 5 years old that cooler is still working fine! Corsair builds quality products & every PC I build has some in it. This cooler left me with no disappointments keeping my AMD 8150 OC'ed to 4.4GHZ at 26c idle 36c full load! For the nay sayers, the product has been redesigned down to the software. It works as well as the higher models for less. With any liquid cooler, care with how the lines are run in relation to the radiator & clearance inside the case all must be taken. This cooler is generally top mounted & the hoses do pivot & flex to a point! On mine, I noticed I needed to move the radiator forward about 1/2" to relieve pressure I was not comfortable with on the lines. The kit mounts quickly to Intel & AMD CPU's, but some case modifications may need to be done to fit this correctly. Corsair won't tell you this, but DO NOT connect the pump to the CPU header!! Many board won't put a full 12v to that plug no matter what. It should go to the SYS fan or power fan connector. If not, adapt it to connect to a nomex. Failure to do so will result in the pump running less than 3000 rpm which will result in poor cooling. You should also replace the stock thermal paste with one of your choosing, as from the factory the spread is too thin or not coating your CPU all the way causing hot spots. Any undertaking like this should be done with some knowledge as the instructions are very general. This obviously will not fit in most brand name PC's.

We all hate to buy ink, especially when it often costs more than the printer! This is a good deal. I got it on a sale & it's the 3rd time in 4 years I needed to replace ink. It's not like I print very little. I run a small home business & print invoices, pictures, medium amount of printing. I've refilled cartridges before & it's always a mess, the ink is sub par thin, same with after market ones. To get the most money out of your ink, buy the XL pack. It's a better value than buying the standard ones. You get so many more pages for so little more money.

This is the "cream of the crop" Best Buy has offered in AMD cards so far & I love this card! To get the full advantage of this card, you must be a serious gamer, with a serious system. Don't even think about using this with a low end power supply. Get or have a quality 850w minimum power supply with a 150w or better total 12v rail. If you don't understand that lingo, ask someone before you buy! In "reviews" benchmarks are not the same as " real world " performance. I've had the best Nvidia cards, tried the 970 & this card still smokes them in quality & FPS. For the price, you get a rock solid card that knocks the socks off cards in the $500 range. No need to run 2 cards, this handles it all just fine, at the highest settings & beyond if you use virtual resolutions. It comes factory overclocked at 1000mhz & 6000mhz effective memory clock. I have pushed this to 1050, stable but the thermals aren't very good & the gain isn't worth it. Fan noise is low, even on 100% & at stock speed it never goes over 60c. The card never crashes, the visuals are beyond excellent. You can have all the "eye candy" jacked up & still max out the frame rates built into the game. Give it power, give it air, & it will give you a whole new gaming experience. Videos are enhanced beyond rendering levels most Blu-ray players offer. As with all my XFX cards, perfect & never had to return one for warranty yet. It's nice to have Best Buy around the corner offering "enthusiast" level components.

I can't give this more stars. While SanDisk makes decent flash drives for a low price, the ssd market is a place better left to others. Out of the box, there was a piece of paper to go to their site for software that is actually worthless trial ware, that will not clone or find your drive! Ok, so I found a program. Next issue, speed. This thing was so slow you couldn't surf a web page, load a game do more than one thing, without a crash or hassle. I looked online & found the Best Buy advertised speed was 500mb/s read but they failed to mention the 148mb/s write speed! That's as slow as a regular hard drive. It was like one way cable for internet, fast down & nothing going up. Then it disappeared from my list of drives, although the machine was running?? So that was it. Not worth the "savings" & had I known the write speed was that poor I would not have bought it. I found it's a discontinued drive SanDisk made for about 2 years as a very basic entry level ssd for cheap. Your USB 2.0 stick is faster than this ssd. 3 clones later, do not buy this drive. I did return the drive with no problems & bought the Samsung 840 EVO 240GB for a few dollars more. Buy that drive. Well worth $20 more.

I've had many AMD & Nvidia cards & own a R9390. This card makes me think twice why I paid more at times. Even at 2GB this card out performs cards $200 & more with ease. The 7.1 audio via HDMI works very well as it always did. AMD stays on top of their drivers & at this time, for the money, you can't buy a better card. In real world gaming, this card can run all games I have on "high" with no lag & excellent frame rates. I notice the slight difference between the R9390 & this card, however, for 99% of gamers, this card is more than ample to stomp opponents into the ground. It has the same power hungry appetite of the larger R series, but a 600w power supply will do fine. In fact, out of the entire R series line, this card has the best performance per dollar out there.

how can i tell if this will fit in my motherboard?
My motherboard kinda sucks so i looking for something that will fit on it. i dont think my motherboard has pci express 2.0.
Shure it will. That board is ok for some gaming & everyday use. That's a PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot.

Will this card support dual DVI monitors? I noticed only one DVI connector.
Yes, you need a splitter cable, sold separately. Applies to all video cards.

Is this thing compatible with OpenGL 2.1?
Probably not, because that's the "dark ages", lol. It may, just try it. Some old games still work on my XFX 6950.
