These phones are top notch quality, comfortable, with a long lasting battery, long distance bluetooth range, and better noise reduction that my old wired Bose cans. My 2 yr. old Brother MFC 9130CW wore out, so I spent several hours comparing printers for my 3 small businesses. This model has more features but the paper tray and duplex function are too noisy for a quiet office, the startup power consumption is higher dimming the lights briefly, and the first page print time is longer than my old printer. Otherwise, it meets my needs nicely, especially the intuitive touch screen menus.
