Sleek design and great picture, as well as easy to make adjustment and customize - but the sound was not as good as my old, smaller, flat screen. I need to turn volume much higher to get the same sound level. Must be designed for sound bar in mind.

What will happen if the package/television comes damaged ?
Best Buy has always been great on returns of damaged products. I have never had a problem.
