Thoroughly clean dishes with this Bosch 500 Series SHP65T52UC tall tub dishwasher that cleans up to 16 place settings in 1 load. The RackMatic system offers 3 height levels, providing 9 possible rack positions for flexible placement.
This dishwasher cleans/dries well, is incredibly quiet and the cycles are reasonably long. Only complaint is that a rinse aid is required for every load, That fact is not readily apparent prior to purchase.
Wash more, work less. This Bosch dishwasher has enough space for 16 place settings, and the racks can be positioned in up to 9 different ways. Fit more dishes into each load, even bulky cookware or fragile stemware, for a faster clean up.
So far this dishwasher cleans well, has a reasonable cycle length and is very, very quiet. 4 stars (instead of 5) because loading is somewhat inefficient (lesson learned: bring some of your dishes with you when you shop for a dishwasher) and they don't tell you ahead of time that you are required to use a rinse aid with each load. The result of those two 'cons' is that the cost per load is slightly higher than it could be.

I've read some complaints about Bosch dishwashers having a strange configuration on bottom rack (tines in a weird direction) making it difficult to load. This is a newer model. Was that rectified or is it still a problem?
Yes, the configuration may be different than you are used to. My suggestion is to bring some of your dishes with you when you go see it in a showroom.
