I saw this in an old full size theatre when it came out in 1987-my friend and I were the only two people in the theatre-I'll never forget being so involved in the atmosphere and plot of this film. It takes place in an old house in the middle of winter and boy, do you feel the cold. Very effective thriller with Great performances from all!

An all star cast rounds out this 1979 comedy that has been very hard to find on home video ...until now! Cloris Leachman, Vincent Price, Richard Benjamin, Tony Randall, Ruth Gordon, Arnold Schwarzenegger and many more co star in this slapstick farce about an all day scavenger hunt that will lead to someone wining $200 million dollars in cash from the estate of recently deceased toy mogul (Vincent Price). Looks great on blu ray in Widescreen! One of my most favorite guilty pleasures from my childhood!

Lee Strasberg and Ruth Gordon are amazing in this 1979 drama from the director of "The Lords of Flatbush". What looks on the service to be a nice little film about old people living out their lives in Atlantic City in the late 70's, soon becomes a gritty thriller about gang violence. Very under rated gem that deserves a look! Janet Leigh ("Psycho") plays the daughter of Strasberg and Gordon.

So so comedy from writer director Buck Henry (Heaven Can Wait). Gilda Radner steals the show as the "first" daughter. Slow moving with some mildly funny parts. Madeline Kahn is good, Radner hilarious-rest of the the cast and film merely ok.

Great movie featuring a highly underrated performance by the late Ray Sharkey. This 1980 sleeper looks and sounds great on blu ray. Highly recommended!!
Best quality DVD of this title available!! John Travolta starred in this tele film at the height of his Welcome Back Kotter fame and just before his Oscar nominated turn in Saturday Night Fever which would be the role that ensured his status as one of the most bankable stars in history. Here he plays a teen who is forced to live in a "bubble" due the fact that since birth, he cannot be exposed to germs. The film co stars Travolta's then girlfriend Diana Hyland as his mother, Brady dad Robert Reed as his father, and Glynis O'Connor as the girl next door that he falls for. Nicely directed by Grease director Randal Kleiser, the film is a nicely told tale based very loosely on a real life story. Great ending theme song by Paiul Williams. Travolta is truly great here.
