I have been looking for a way to easily track my body fat and muscle tone. This device is very easy to use and provides a great deal of information on 24 different muscles. As for accuracy, it appears that the body fat percentage is pretty accurate compared to other methods to track. I don't have a way to compare muscle tone. However, what I am looking for is trends and improvement over time and in the first month having this (I take measurements Wednesday and Sunday) it has provided very good feedback.

Even Better Than the Original

I owned the first Apple Watch version and did wear it every day. Loved it but it was slow and laggy and hard to run apps with any efficiency. This version is much better with speed and WatchOS 3 is much more fitness friendly. The addition of gps on the watch is a great addition. Also, the battery is significantly improved and can track several workouts throughout the day without needing to worry about charging. I just put it on the charging stand at night and its ready to go in the morning. I have tried the Samsung Gear 2 (not bad but not as good) and Huawei Watch (not on same level) and this is by far the best. Of course, you really need an iPhone to make it work.

Purchased this as refurb from Best Buy for $140 and it was well worth that price. I have used the Apple Watch and the interface for the Gear S2 is on par with the Apple Watch and surpasses it in many cases. This watch is much more responsive than the Apple Watch and gets MUCH better battery life. The fitness tools and tracking are very good when paired to a Samsung phone. If you are looking for a good smartwatch to pair with your Samsung phone, this is highly recommended.
