This graphic novel/movie are heavily referenced in Batman vs. Superman. I did not hate the latter, but this graphic novel and movie are significantly better. I don't understand what the rationale behind borrowing what they did from their source material was. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this as it is a good read and a movie. For $20, you get a book and a movie, about Batman... need I say more?
A guy watches a Michael Mann movie that's not "Heat", think anybody'll notice? This movie is a lot better than I had heard, the only turn down was the music. There are a lot of randomly seeming chosen songs for the soundtrack and I do not enjoy it. However, I gladly purchased this for the price and love showing it to my friends, as it is a great story. Strongly recommended.
The majority of Best Buy's steelbooks are pretty great. This is one of them, as it is a good movie with artwork on the outside and inside. Over time, you can tell that they have a standard steelbook that is adapted to the movie being released. This steelbook only has two discs, but has three disc holders, one of which was used for the digital HD code. I don't really have a problem with it, but there is an empty slot as of now.
If you've seen The Social Network, then you'll feel how similar it is to this. Granted it's the same writer, you are pretty much guaranteed a good time then. Although this was Leo's year for the Oscar, I'm pretty sure if not for that this would have been the lead actor. However, what really makes the movie for me is Kate WInslet. She is the voice of reason, a Jiminy Cricket type. She is absolute fantastic and plays off of Fassbender so well. It's a must see. There's a reason it's referred to as the good Steve Jobs movie.

This is the fourth Insignia TV I have purchased. I first had a 32" 720p, then I bought my sister a 24" 1080p, then my dad a 48" 1080p. The reason I got this was not only for the size, but the definition upgrade. It is a cheaper price than most, which usually would deter someone on an electronic, but I have read multiple sources saying that LG (a trusted brand) parts are used in Insignia TVs. I read a lot of reviews, and I have yet to have any problems with ANY of the TV's. Since I first got one, they have even improved the sound systems in them! The power cord is even removable on the newer models too. The only thing that I could complain about is a tiny high-pitch noise the TV makes for a few seconds when turning on... which really was only something I noticed and not something that bothered me. I am not a fan of smart TV's, so this is exactly what I wanted, and it is fantastic in my bedroom and I will not rid of it until a 4k TV is as affordable.
This Sony BDPS6500 Blu-ray player features built-in Wi-Fi. To build a complete 3D home theater system, we recommend you purchase a 3D TV, 3D glasses designed for the TV, high-speed HDMI cable and an A/V receiver that is compatible with 3D products.
I already own an older Sony blu-ray player with built in wi-fi, I got this because I eventually want to own a 4k TV. I realize they are about to release a 4k player, but I'm not about to dish out a massive portion of my bank account to get one if I don't even have the TV yet. I know these players already upscale to the given input, so I think 1080p is actually really nice. The only thing I notice about 4k is that the detail to color is immensely brighter - so take that as you will. The format is a bit more user friendly then on the previous model, as you can customize the home menu. I think my favorite part is that the power cord can be detached - that is a nice feature that can come in handy at times.
This is a great movie. What makes it even better is that it's technically a Christmas movie, which people love to argue about. I've seen plenty of action movies, including The Raid 2, but this one is just a ton of fun. Not only is it super quotable, but something about the shattering glass and loud factor adds to the adrenaline rush. This is the sort of movie that ushered in all the generic action movies we know today, which can be a good or bad thing, but it's hard to beat this original piece of work. Glad Best Buy sells it as a combo pack with the DVD and not just the Blu-Ray, that's nice.
I've been waiting a long time for this, seeing as it was easily my favorite Disney cartoon growing up. I'm big on Best Buy exclusives, so as soon as I saw they would have lenticular packaging I was all about it. I am extremely satisfied with it seeing as it even came with a digital HD code. One of the nicest looking on the screen and on the shelf movies I have.
The Rogue cut of this film is not entirely better, which is saying something because I usually enjoy director's cuts more. I can see why they edited out certain extra scenes, but the nice part about this edition is that it comes with both versions of the film. Originally I don't think it was supposed to, but hey the X-Men are full of surprises since First Class was such a hit and then this. Never bought it when it first came out since this was already announced to come out at some point. Glad I waited!
This movie is exceptional and of course I am going to get the steelbook for it. I have gotten others from this line of what I think is called Pop Art steelbooks. When this went on sale for ten dollars I jumped and got it in store. Recommend it to any fan of the movie.
