The washer is nice but at the end of the cycle..no matter what setting you set the load on...the clothes seem to be extremely wrinkled.

Product didn't work within 30 days of purchase

The dryer didn't work right within 30 days of purchase. We called for service, they said it sounded like the sensor wasn't working. We got an appointment set up but the technician never showed up. We called and got another appointment and the technician came and said the sensor as well as the "normal" setting and the igniter were not working. So we called Best Buy and the gentleman we purchased it from said he would get us a new one, so I haven't been able to do laundry for over 2 weeks.
