1. If you have any interest in getting good color print reproduction, then move on. This is a dog color printer when it comes to quality. Color is half the sharpness of the original.
2. Customer service personnel inconsistent in their analysis and advice. They are in Jamaica. They answer quickly and are polite, but no help in solving my problem.
3. They sent a replacement machine. I stupidly accepted and sent the other one back. Same problem. I should have asked for refund.
