Open box item has burnt out sub rca's

I was dumb enough to buy a open box item that was supposedly tested by temporary personnel before it was restocked as as sealable when the prior customer had destroyed the subwoofer outlets.

Great Computer with free Office 365 Personal

I needed a basic computer with a free OFFICE 365 PERSONAL subscription to do some office work at home. This computer was sold out at Best Buy. But they had an open box one. So I gave it a try. The original buyer had used the free subscription of office 365 personal so they pennied out a new subscription card for me. I love this computer. I do all my office work from home without a problem.
