Great camera but still needs work

I like it but still don't know why I can't upload the videos to my PC only the audio will load? Very frustrating because i lost a night of concert videos after loading to my PC .
The size isn't as nice as my old power shot Elph it doesn't fit in my hand as well. I do like the creative image button option.
