Very slow 3.0 transfer speed

Returned within 24 hours and purchased another Toshiba 3.0 external laptop hard drive which was much faster!!! Transfer speed was way to slow on this Seagate laptop drive in comparison.

Best 2TB external 3.0 USB without external power

Tough, rugged case, faster transfer speeds than other 3.0 brands I have tested. Fits nicely in my Surface Pro case. This is the second one I have purchased for all the above reasons. Other brands I returned because they weren't even close. Would highly recommend for price, transfer speed, tough case and ability to survive my abuse. My first one has survived travel all over the US and 2 trips overseas! That's why I purchased another one.
