If I would of known that I would of ordered more for her cousins because they loved it and unfortunately I tried to ordered some more and they were out of stock wish I would of ordered more that one day when I had placed the order. So far it's working great except sometimes bread comes out toasted ok and sometimes a little under toasted were I have to do it twice! Then it's to toasted. I figured it out that it has to be a bit before number 3 to be ok but even then it does that! I've only used the oven once and it burned a little the bread my mom was making. Maybe it was to high I'm assuming

Also to top it off it suppose to be new and inside the package it has 2 flash cards and it says Thank you for choosing Certified Refurbished on Amazon and that I have a 90 day warranty..I can't believe Best Buy I been purchasing other stuff online as well and there Items are no good they come damage or break down in 2 days and send Incomplete items and to top it off there reps give you a hard times to return ugh not a happy buyer
