We bought this on a Sunday. They told us that they had the color we wanted in stock . They didn't. So they told us they would have it sent, we should get it on Tuesday, which was important as we were leaving for orientation on Wednesday. Tuesday comes and goes, no computer. At orientation on Wednesday, my other kid calls to let us know it arrived. Kiddo opens it to charge it and it has many, and I do mean, MANY, scratches all over the top of the laptop. I was NOT happy. I called the store we bought it from and after speaking with 3 people, I was told I could bring it back and they would order a new 1 and we'd have to wait another 3 days to get it. As my child was needing the computer for school and orientation, this was not acceptable. I finally asked if there was another store that had 1. So I drive the hour home, then another hour to the store that had the computer. The 1st store was HORRIBLE. The second, the entire store's personnel, were fabulous. So, Apple sent a damaged product and one Best Buy could care less and one will definitely have my business.

My college kid loves the computer.
