Whirlpool left out the burner caps, very frustrati

Manufacturer left out burner caps, took more than a week to receive so couldn't cook. Best Buy failed to help us after repeated phone calls. Also Best Buy delivery service confusing, made us believe they would install stove top for us.

Needed something economical for my daughters place. She is a college student. This is big enough and didn't cost alot. If it last many years than it was a fine purchase.
