May not be a good phone

This phone was not charging after few uses. Returned it back to the store and purchased a Samsung Galaxy J3 which was costing twice more but worth the price. This is just a ok ok phone.

Worst experience ever.... Tech support sucks

The reason i gave 2 stars is just for the price for which I purchased this product during Black friday holiday.

1. Touch stopped working completely within 10 min of usage. Tech support formatted the entire machine and still nothing worked. In the process of formatting the storage, they made me download the recovery software on my flash drive which had some important data and i ended up losing all the data on my pendrive. They failed to tell me that the data on the flash drive cannot be used.
2. Horrible Tech support. They keep repeating the same content over and over. They don't understand what we speak and it is really hard to understand their language. They are located in Philippines but that is not an issue as I am an Asian too. But it will be nice if the agents speak more clear English. Only the supervisor to who I spoke to spoke clearly. When the data on the drive was lost they asked me to contact the advanced support team. I asked them if i have to pay for recovering the data and their answer was no. But when i contacted them they said they cannot help without me paying for the support. I received no help whatsoever and I ended up losing all the important data on the drive. The worst part is they asked me to send the laptop for them to repair it and they did not even accept to exchange it. IT WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE for over 3 hours.

It supports Nano sim card. It is just one sim. There is one more slot for the memory card right next to the sim card slot.
Phone comes for a day. If it is 100% in the morning. By the end of the day I have 30 to 40% battery left with moderate screen brightness and usage.
Advantage of this phone is the entire phone gets charged from 0 to 100% in 75 to 80 min. So I really don't care much about the battery life.
