Great zoom, average image quality

It's a popular camera and very easy to use. It was priced right, in fact excellent savings. The zoom is great and the design is very comfortable and user friendly. The camera even looks good. My beef is the images are just average, they lack eye popping clarity, and crisp focus. I thought I was stepping up from my Cannon PowerShot and I did, in everything but picture quality. Get it on sale and you get a good point and shoot camera for the money.

They don't make them like this anymore...a series of entertaining horror films minus the horror. Claude Rains turns in another terrific performance as the Invisible Man. The series also features Vincent Price, John Barrymore, John Carridine, Peter Lorre and...Abbott and Costello. It's well priced and a great way to spend a Saturday evening with the lights out in a storm. Hey Abbott!!!!!!

Fun campy 1950's horror movies

What's better than an evening of seriously campy horror films like the Creature from the Black Lagoon? I really enjoyed the terrific underwater scenes of the creature...you've got to love the air bubbles escaping from the tanks underneath the costume...almost looks believable. Thank goodness for great 1950's drive in movies!

Topnotch laptop

Lightweight yet powerful with Apple quality throughout. I purchased this laptop for a trip to Africa and wanted a quality machine I could count on. The conditions the computer performed in included flash flooding to 105 degrees all within a 2 week period. The only issue was inconsistent internet connectivity which I tend to think was a location problem not a computer problem as I have not experienced the issue since returning to the states. I am an Apple user and the only thing I missed was a DVD player. The screen is spectacular and the speaker volume loud enough not to require add-ons.
