Great all in one lens

This is a all in one lens for beginners where you want to experiment with different focal lengths before buying a professional lens. It is also useful for travel photographers when you want to carry only one lens with you. The lens is pretty light weight for its size and the image qualities are good as well.

4K Capability?
Can the new Surface Pro 4 play 4K Videos?
It will play 4K videos but the screen is 2K, so you wont see the 4K resolution on it.

Is the HB-39 Bayonet lens hood shown in the pictures included
Getting the AF-S NIKKOR 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3G ED VR Zoon Lens currently on sale for $699. Does it include the HB-39 Bayonet lens hood as indicated in the pictures?
Lens hood is not included with the lens, but you can easily buy a non Nikon hood under $10. As its only a piece of plastic buying a different brand does not hurt.
