Most exciting purchase I've made in a long day! I was expecting it to be a big old bulky cylinder, but it wasn't! A small sleek, shiny disk.... it could easily hide behind a penny. But use a dime, it's the same color. And talk about precision manufacturing. There were 3 of these little beauties all perfectly equally spaced in a blister package. Once removed from the package, it's impossible to tell one from another! Identical! Incredible! I was never able to make potatoe batteries look so similar! How do they do it ?
I have no idea who else even makes this battery, but assuming someone else does (I couldn't find it, and I looked everywhere), it couldn't possibly be rounder, thinner, or smaller than this battery. Because, after all, that would mean it was the wrong battery!
Hahahahahahaha!

Is this battery equivalent to an LR-44 battery?
Not exactly equivalent. Same dimensions. LR44 listed as 1.5V while 357 is 1.55V. Certainly should be within tolerance there. But the 357 is a low-drain battery. If you use the LR44 in something that drains the battery in days or weeks, you need a high drain battery, and should not use the 357.
