When you buy these from anywhere always check that they're made in Japan, those are the correct ones. When not in use these hold a charge forever, love them even compared to the hicap eneloops since they have a longer lifespan. Got a great deal on this variety pack so if you can find a good deal i say go for it!

Yes, have asked those I've played with and they've had no problems hearing me. Plus the flip to mute is a great feature that I don't think I can go back from now.

What is Dolby atmos? And is their a subscription for it? Why is there an activation code for this?
Dolby atmosphere is 3d based sound so it really sounds like you're immersed and what's happening on screen is happening around you. You do need to activate it either on windows 10 or Xbox one (normally $15) , but these come with a free code, and it's a one time activations. So once you have it, you're good to go and no subscription fee
