Great in-home help on using your iPod!

Geek Squad was so helpful! They came to my house and showed me how to use my iPod. They showed me how to select songs, create playlists, and use the shuffle feature on my new iPod. They even showed me how to copy my compact discs onto my computer.
What's great about it: They are kind, patient, and easy to understand
What's not so great: They can't come over all the time when I need help!
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Excellent Commentary on American Youth
on July 21, 2010

This DVD is as close a study of youth cultural phenomenology in America as any exploration has ventured previously. While other writers and directors are focusing on diaspora and it's effects in our ethnoscape, Mike Judge take the opposite approach and looks inward into the distilled and isolated American cultural landscape.
Where some viewers see a series of unintelligible grunts from Beavis as a signifier for his stupidity, the astute viewer recognizes these ancient Vedic mantras as a form of his spiritual transformation. He is both fully cognizant but yet completely unaware of his surroundings.
Mike Judge often employs semiotics as a boilerplate for his comedic adventures. In Beavis and Bu++head Do America film, the two characters are paid to "do" in a man's ex wife. Only they mistake the denotata of "do" in this context.
Judge employs the role of context later in the movie when they are on a bus full of nuns and they exclaim "We're on a bus with chicks!" they are both cognizant of their situation but yet unable to view past the physical veils directly in front them. They decontextualize the female from any sort of religious frame and view them from a strictly singular viewpoint based on man's most inner desires. In that brief statement, they ask, "Can we ever escape the context of religion in the future and likewise can we ever escape our evolutionary animalistic heritage?" Brilliant and fascinating.
What's great about it: semiotics, contextualization, ethnoscape, mantras, and the chicks

Cheap wireless printer, not worth it!

Often negative reviews are complaints that the item they have broke or is defective. This negative review is not due to a defective or broken piece but how the product functions when it is running as HP made it.
POOR PAPER FEEDER:
Whenever I print on this printer, it never feeds paper in initially. I have the stack of paper in and completely butted up against the spool as directions show. But the feeder for some reason, just doesn't pick up the paper. I've tried different kinds of paper as well. So basically every time I print I have to go to the printer and hit the "feed paper" button a few times until it picks up the first page. I get about 5 errors on my HP printing software.
TOO MANY APPLICATIONS:
Speaking of, not sure why HP needs TWO printing applications in order to print. This is outside your standard printing dialogue on Mac OS X or Windows. There is an Office Jet print status window and an HP Message Center.
SLOW PRINTING:
Printing a PDF color document that is 2 sided and about 18 pages (9 when double sided) will take you about 15+ minutes. No joke. There's about 10 moving parts that make all sorts of noises and weird things happening inside even before it starts printing and half way thru printing and minutes after your done printing. I have no idea what's going on with this printer.
SELLING YOU INK:
The amount of ink they provide you with is enough to print about 20 pages. About 10 pages in you get you 10,000 messages from the HP message center encouraging you to go buy more ink (even though it is still printing fine.) Within a week you'll receive a separate message of low ink for each color ink. You can not disable these messages.
Basically, this printer is a way for HP to get you to BUY INK.
So it prints slow, loads your computer with unnecessary programs, doesn't feed paper all for the low low price of $100!
What's great about it: Wireless, prints on both sides
What's not so great: Has a problem feeding paper, adds dashed line often on the side of the page, prints slow and makes lots of noises
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is your CD player cramping your style?Cut loose with Pioneer's mass storage CD player. Load up to 25 CDs and get on with your life. With 32-track programmed play, full random play (one, all or selected discs), 3 custom mode groupings and 8 repeat modes, it may be days before you stop to reload. But that's the whole idea. Moderately priced, too, so it won't put a crimp in your budget.

Great CD player!

This CD player is great for loading up music and sitting back and just listening. The 32 programmable tracks is great for playing only your favorite songs and the random feature is great to "mix" things up a bit! Anyone out there looking for a great CD player, I recommend this one!
What's great about it: Allows for 25 CD's to be loaded at once for almost endless music playback
What's not so great: The remote could be more intuitive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
