Pretty good with a few drawbacks

I love the smooth feeling of the keyboard and it's very easy to clean! I wish there was volume control on the actual keyboard, instead of having to go on the screen. I can only control the mute, which sucks when watching a movie, but I guess this is a draw back of having a small keyboard. Additionally, at least once a day the surface will not recognize the usb and the keyboard will become unresponsive, I have the have to restart it for it to work. Other than that it gets the job done.

Really great for students! It's the perfect size to take to class and for traveling. Works as if it is a full PC without the bulkiness. My only complaint is that the keyboard and screen stops working sometimes. The error message for the keyboard is that the USB is not responding. I have to restart my surface at least once a day...every day when this occurs. Also, my screen sometimes becomes unresponsive and I have to hold down the power key and restart to get it to work. This become annoying to deal with often but I still love my surface!
