The box they come is super nice and presented nicely. I love the material of cords use. They're not noise cancelling but are otherwise nice. Comfortable for plane rides.

I recieved this product through the Best Buy Tech Insider Program.
For the longest time, I've always wanted a soundbar setup but could never pull the trigger. Luckily, I recieved this from Bestbuy and am in love. The best part is that it's from my favorite brand, Sony, who I trust to bring the top of the line home entertainment products and experiences.
Setup was so simple.
1. Plug in Soundbar and connect to HDMI 3 (ARC) port
2. Connect the Subwoofer through the SecureLink option in the setup menu.
3. Turn off TV speakers through your TVs setup menus.
4. Tune the distance and soundlevels of the Soundbar and Subwoofer to your preference.
5. Enjoy

I love this. I was going to buy one, but luckily the Insider network reads my mind.
Easy setup, all you have to do is find a good place for the charger, pop in the bristles on the bottom, download app, turn on Robot and connect to WiFi.
The first run will get the layout of pretty much the whole house or area you want cleaned.
Positive:
I have that high carpet, but it's suction is good enough to pick up crumbs and Feline Pine pellets of the carpet and leave those oh so nice vacuum lines throughout the house. It has a mop function but I don't feel I'd use it since I rather use steam mops for my hard surface floors but it seems like it'd be useful.
The app allows me to schedule cleanings, so I have it setup to clean an hour before I get off work, so I'm greeted by beautiful vacuum lines.
Comes with replacement filters
Nice auto suspension to change off surfaces seamlessly
Negatives:
The navigation sensor is a little tall so it can't go under my bed to clean, but it's not really a negative I suppose.
When discovering a new obstacle, it kinda runs into it hard, but when it has it in it's database, it's less of an issue.
My cat wants to attack the bristles when it's on the charger, so I may have to replace those sooner than later.

This thing is really nice, easy pairing, great Sony sound and experience. Also the red fabric color is a beautiful dark red. Tons of features, even though something Google or Alexa integration would have put it over the top. I also have 2 of the XB21 located in different spots of the house that are "daisy-chained" to this one for a full how experience.

It was simple to setup, looks really nice and just works. I'm not going to pretend I know exactly how it does it's thing, but I enjoy the control over my network and streamlining my 2.5Ghz and 5Ghz connections.
