You'll need this if you expect best buy to install the unit for you. Make sure they snug it right as I had a problem that they tried to fix with duct tape. All good now.

Works well and drys clothes well. I had an issue with some of my clothes not drying but it was a connection error on the installer's part. Make sure the vent is snug. Other than that I love the steam feature. This is a better one as it connects directly to the water lines.
