HEY I GOTTA TELL YA .THIS IS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS TO JUMP FROM JABRA OVER TO PLANTRONICS. 1ST THAT'S HARD TO DECIDE WHICH 1. 2ND TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER BRAND. 3RD AFTER DOING HRS OF RESEARCH I HAD AN IDEA THAT I WAS PROBABLY GOING THAT WAY. SO I WALKED IN THE STORE AND IMMEDIATELY I HAD SALES HELP.* I DECIDED ON THE 5220 SERIES. BECAUSE IT HAD MORE GOING ON WITH IT . AND WAS NEWER. ONLY 4 MTHS OLD . OK FOR MY REAL REVIEW . I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE IT'S PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. IT'S TALK TIME*****,COMFORT***** , SOUND CLARITY*****,AND CHARGES VERY QUICK******.ALL THE BUTTONS WORK. AND CAN EVEN TALK TEXT. I CAN TELL IT TO DIAL MY PHONE #'S***** . SOMETIMES I DON'T EVEN KNOW IT'S ON MY EAR. OH YA MY FRIENDS ARE GLAD BECAUSE I STOPPED SAYING MY BLUETOOTH NEEDS CHARGING. BECAUSE MY OTHER 1 GOT OLD. I tried using Siri as I did with my Legend depressing the talk button but it doesn't work. Is there a different procedure?
ITS THE LITTLE SIDE BUTTON ON THE TALK STEM. HOLD IT DOWN UNTIL SERI COMES ON.
