This movie is awesome but watching this movie on blu-ray was painful, it's like watching DVD version, same exact picture, the only thing that was updated was the sound. THAT'S IT! I have Batman 1989 and you notice the difference right away, the picture is crisp & clean. This movie is not worth buying on blu-ray, save your money and keep your DVD if you're a big fan of "Speed" like myself.
I just bought this Rambo 3 which is my favorite with First Blood of course. I was never into Rambo 2, it had it's good moments but the action wasn't so great. I got the DVD version of this movie and now when I look at it it's so crappppy. The new Blu-Ray version has more color too it, more alive if anything. For any Rambo fan I would suggest buying this blu-ray movie, but for best quality you still need 1080P Tv and really good expensive HDMI cable like Monster company. I got mine 4ft for $80 but it was worth it, you get what you payed for, quality.
What's great about it: Really Nice quality picture.
For a movie that's 20 years old I'm suprised how good this movie looks on BLU-Ray. Someone actually took time with it and made it awesome. The picture is co clear and crisp. You get to notice things you haven't noticed before. I'm a big fan of Batman 89 and even thought I saw the movie millions of times there's little things that are new 2 me. For best quality I suggest good 1080p TV and a really good (Monster) HDMI cable for $80+, that's if you want the best resolution.
What's great about it: The new Hi-Def version is awesome, Blu-Ray version ROCX!
