TV was awesome, then 6 months in a 3 white lines showed up on the screen....reset TV, called Sony, etc.....nothing...wanted to give a re-certified TV - escalated at Sony and took over 10 calls to resolve and finally they replaced the bad TV with a new one....but will only honor the original warranty. Sony disappointed big time! Go with LG or Samsung.
