The reheat mode starts at 100F, and the bake mode at 180F. The reheat mode at low temperature could be used for that

The USB-C port is only for charging. You can use any USB-C charger, like the ones on some iPhones or iPads. You can also get an USB-C to USB-A cable at BestBuy or elsewhere.
