I believe someone else had to use it before I got it. It never said anywhere that it was a refurbished item. It has a 45 minute kids video on it, a song downloaded, and when I checked the history there were sites on there i would never go to or even heard of. I try to play games and in the middle of them, over and over again, it stops and goes to the internet!!
Quite a disappointment. And the screen freezes all the time.
I can watch Netflix on it. The picture is decent. $150.00 to watch netflix. WOW.
I don't image I will trust daily specials from Best Buy again.
