will I be able to access music stored on my computers hard drive?
Yes. I use my iTunes library (which I had to make sure was properly configured), and I can access tracks, artists, albums, playlists, etc. directly through the app.

No. It receives Bluetooth signals only.

Connecting to a TV
Is there anyway to connect this to a tv via the bluetooth capability? If so, can you tell me any tvs that will do this?
I connect using the Bluetooth speaker function on my Samsung UN50JU6500F. Slight lag, but better than the internal speakers on their own.

Compatible with IPhone S4?
Can this product be used with an IPhone S4 ? Can a wireless connection be used?
Your iPhone should connect via Bluetooth or the app. My Samsung Galaxy works great.
