Sent incorrect mount, but easily corrected

They sent an articulating arm for a 65" TV which did not have reinforced walls, so I had to trade it in for a flush mount which is perfect. They mount weighted very little and was easy to install by Geek Squad. No problem doing the exchange at my local Best Buy. Couldn't be more pleased

Does installation include uninstallation as well?

had a tv installed a few years ago by BestBuy and need it taken down now.
I doubt it, if you want them to take it down you would need to pay an additional fee. The fee you paid was for installation..
