Who needs a fancy house phone anyways? This takes calls, messages, doesn't drop, and is a pretty red. It gets the job done.

When will it be available to purchase . what best buy store will carry it
It's already available to purchase, but you will have to contact a store to find nearby locations that may carry the phone. Alternatively, I think they can order it for you.

took back 2 phones,batteries wont charge,in use allways on ,cant call in half the time .whats wrong with this phone
If it says "in use" it means the phone is still on. It doesn't automatically hang up when you put it on the receiver. You have to turn it off manually after the call. If both phones are "in use" it would be impossible to call in because you are still talking to whoever was the last person you talked to.
