Is there a way to control these without having to buy a hue bridge? I already have a ST hub, Harmony Hub and Google home. I don't want to get more hubs!

No, this product requires a Hue bridge. Just buy the starter set that comes with two bulbs and the bridge. Good value and literally takes up no space. You can even hide it in a closet if you just don't like seeing the hub.
