Two best weeks of my washing life.

The Samsung washer was fantastic. Got clothes amazingly clean, has a wide variety of easy-to-use features that make choosing the right cycle simple. We even behaved like folks from a commercial, holding up whites and gushing about how white they were. Then, less than three weeks in, the front seal popped off, leaving the restraining spring cascading around the drum. Spent the better part of several days with Best Buy and Samsung on the line getting Samsung to schedule a repair that still hasn't occurred. Hoping for a good outcome, but very disappointed that it had a failure so early in.

Put the iron away and forget the dry cleaners. This Samsung dryer will steam the wrinkles out of clothes and leave all your laundry fresh and odor-free.

Auto-sensor leaves clothes damp

On the whole, the Samsung dryer is easy to use, intuitive and has a good form factor. Unfortunately the auto-sensor is a little off, so when drying clothes on automatic settings, they always end up a little damp and we have to add a timed dry to finish them out.
