I have been using a big box fan in my bedroom to block out my dogs barking during the night at deer, coyotes etc but now that winter is coming it gets to cold to have the additional air blowing so I thought to try this unit. It works wonderfully! It has a bunch of different fan settings or white noise settings. You can have it on all night or set it for 60 mins. It also blocks out my kid watching TV and my husband clunking around in the kitchen very early in the AM. My son heard it and likes it so I'm buying a 2nd one for his room.
