very low budget, almost not worth it

using apps is very slow. screen is slow. can't install any new apps because there is insufficient memory. I installed microSD but the phone is not smart enough to use it for new apps despite making changes to the settings that direct all new apps installed to microSD. camera quality is very poor. basically, the only reason you would be this phone is if you just need something comparable to a flip phone but you are embarrassed to have a flip phone.

it won't wake up consistently after closing the lid. You much change the power settings to prevent "sleep", which defeats the purpose for having a tablet. wakeup time is slower in hibernate mode.
My screen has a bright spot blemish that appeared after a few weeks of use.
keyboard sometimes become unresponsive and i must disconnect/reconnect
pen sometimes gets disconnected.
These are issues since Surface 3 and still not fixed.

Best point-shoot camera we ever owned

He previously had an ELF from 10 yrs ago. We decided to upgrade and can't be happier. You'll see all the great comments about image quality but I wanted to emphasize two features.
1. Wifi transfer to my tablet is so convenient. I don't have to take the SD card out and can get the images uploaded to the cloud via my OneDrive and/or Dropbox account on my tablet.
2. Zoom is super impressive and I wanted to show actual pictures and have uploaded shots from Cabo showing a condo and a boat.

I watched lots of youtube videos prior to purchase so I knew what I was getting. I bought two. The on surprise was how automatically it connects to WiFi when the link to the phone is broken. It must get the WiFi password from the phone and remembers it after the link is broken. This is key because the watch and phone can continue to communicate as long as they are on the same Wifi Network.
Setup was super easy and pairing was effortless.
battery life was at 50% after 24 hours. However, this is on the weekend when my email alerts are sparse. I get 100 emails per day on the weekday so we'll see how long this battery lasts then.
One comment about alerts. My email alerts weren't coming through for some reason. To solve the problem, I disabled the feature in the Samsung Gear app at Notifications-->Limit notifications. Apparently, this feature, when on, prevents alerts to your watch if your phone is on. It's a reasonable feature since you don't really need alerts to your watch if you're looking at the phone.

easy to connect. I leave it "on" all the time but it must have a sleep mode to save battery. I like the tilt feature. It doesn't stay shut since there is no snap/lock feature but you have to give up something for the slim feature and I'm ok with it.

Well, it was great until one day it decided to look granular. No software updates prior. Nevertheless, i tried to update drivers and it didn't help. Other monitor used and even tried a remote desktop to bypass the monitor and everything looks great so it is the monitor that's bad.

Clothes are dry. lots of drying options. My only tweak was to add vibration absorbing rubber foot support because the dryer is on a tile floor and the vibrations can be felt in the adjacent room. Cost me an extra $5. no big deal.

It works as described. However, you should know that the time to complete a cycle is not the same every time. It can take significantly longer than your top-loading washer. The reason is that the machine will try over and over again to balance the load by adding more water as needed. As such, don't pay attention to the time as it will vary.

there are reports that the lid doesn't stay closed but I think this gets better with time. Initially, I had the same problem but after >1 month, the material loosens up and is less stiff = better closing from gravity alone.

Get ready for broken straps

Does anyone know how to get free replacement straps? These things are cheap quality and reviews at Amazon show this is a common problem.
