The folks installing the double oven were contractors; they were not best buy employees. I was not informed there would be over $500 of additional charges at the discretion of the installer like Best Buy washed their hands of anything once the sale was completed.

Easy to Install and works great

I tried a range extender and found it difficult to install; could not get it up and running. So after talking to the Geek Squad, I bought this and piggy backed it to the ISP provided (not nearly as good) router. It was easy to install and is working just fine.

This laptop has the best mousepad that I have found on any laptop. It also starts up quickly; had a little help from the Geek Squad whose services came with the 2 year service plan I purchased. The screen colors are brilliant and with well defined images. Still getting used to windows 10; it jumps to table mode at times.
