For the price, this is a great tracker. It tracks your steps and sleep and workouts. It can even tell the time in a unique way. Syncs flawlessly by Bluetooth to my iPhone. And the free smartphone app gives lots of info, encouragement and it's easy to use. You can set up teams so you can compare to family and friends. There are a few small cons. One is the battery life. They say it's 6+ months but it's more like 3-4 months. Another is the accessories. They are pricey and not very well made. The band, which they say is essential for sleep tracking, is sold separately and is easily stretched out.
