Very poor quality product and customer service

I purchased the smart rope 02/14/2017. The ropes LED's broke within 5 weeks of use pre&post workout every day. The company refuses to stand by their warranty until I cut the tool I purchased to better my life. Completely unacceptable and proof of poor customer service.
Tangram does NOT care about bettering lives and clearly can't even stand by their own core values.
I'm still trying to get a replacement or refund.
