I can't say for sure, however my TDG-BT500A glasses pair without any issues. Not sure what troubleshooting you've done, but sometimes a new software update to the TV will cause 3D to fail. Might try setting the TV back to default settings and see if it fixes the issue.
FWIW, I was worried this would mean I couldn't take future software updates, but after having the initial issue, I've taken several updates without impact to my 3D.
