The thinnest iPad ever is also the most capable. It's loaded with advanced technologies, including the Touch ID fingerprint sensor.

Not much different than a Mini 2

Only difference from a mini 2 is the fingerprint reader. Reader does not work with my fingerprints very often, less than 10 percent of the time. IOS updates require 6GB of empty space on your device, so I had to remove my music and videos to update, by the 64GB model.

No, Roku only has HDMI output and TiVo OTA only has antenna power input.

Can you hook this up to a Directv receiver model h25 with a channel 3 modulator?
It is complicated, but I doubt it will work. OTA is now digital and the TiVo is setup to revive digital antenna input. Most TV receivers also receive analog which is channel 3. The recording controls for TiVo are based on the digitally provided schedule that TiVo gets from the internet or at least sent in the digital signal that the antenna receives. You record based on wanting to record "Survivor" in the 8:00 to 9:00 time slot on Wednesday. Since analog does not provide this information you cannot set the TiVo to record. Even if the TiVo tuner is capable of reciveiving analog channels it probably is not capable of recording them. I have not tried this as the TiVo has not detected any analog TV channels in my area.

Will this protect my monogram machine from an electrical surge?
Yes idles provide surge protection, but the total power on both outlets must be 50 watts or less. Check to find out how much power your monogram machine requires. This is designed as a modem/router battery backup for low power devices.

Do the outlets in the back support a power load as well as surge or just surge? Does this device tell my computer to shut down when there is a loss of power?
This only handles 50 watts max, so I doubt it will handle your computer. Yes the outlets on the back provide surge protection, but the total power on both outlets is limited to 50 watts. There is no signal to the computer to tell it power was lost.
