So far the camera has worked well and has very good resolution for the recordings. The only things I find difficult is the fact of having to log on to the camera to see what it's recording. Also, every time the camera comes on, it tells me to format the card to keep things working better. Wish I could turn this feature off. Otherwise, it's a good camera.

All I can say is this phone is the best. Very nice size, great screen, very fast processor, and more features than you will be able to figure out how to use. The camera is excellent. The only thing you have to get used too, is the fact they changed it to a solid back. In other words, you can no longer open the back of the phone. So you better buy the size of memory you think you will need.

Does Best Buy install the hard wire kit for Thinkware Dash camera? If so, what cost?
I'm sure they would install the cable for you. You have to call Best Buy and ask them what their rates are. Shouldn't be much.

The accessory cable is not long enough. Can I extend the lenght of the 3 wires? Also which side of the fuse should I connect the red & yellow wires?
You could extend the wires just make sure you color code the new ends of the wire with the same color your connecting too. Or use the same color wire as your extending. It makes no difference which side of the fuse you connect to. Just make sure your not connecting to fuse smaller in rating than what is required for the camera. Too much load on a fuse, it may blow the fuse.
As for the red and yellow wires, red is for a switched power source and the yellow is for the constant on or battery source. Double check your instructions to make sure I'm informing you correctly. Black for sure, is your ground.
One more thing, when you extend the wires, try to use the same size or a little larger wire.

Does anything prevent the camera from running the battery down in park mode if this is hard wired to the fuse box?
There are settings in the camera that you can turn on and adjust to turn the camera off while in the parked mode. Just go under settings while you are logged on to the camera.
