This is a great product so far. I had it installed in November 2016. I'm pleased with this purchased. The best thing is the sale $1000.00 mark down! If you can help it, please don't use BB installation service.

No respect for customer's time

This review is for BB's delivery and installation service. My appointment time confirmed by email is different from the actual time with the installer. I ended up waiting all day for to get my oven installed. I didn't get any call from the installer the day before like it's supposed to. I didn't get any apology for botched appointment time. Very lousy service. I won't use this service again. By the way, I love my oven.
