I bought this for my mom because she was having trouble watching her tv shows. The music from the show was overtaking the dialogue, making it difficult to understand the actors. I was quickly able to set this up and and easily adjust the levels so my mom could watch her shows. Highly recommend this product!

Looks great... but VERY INACCURATE

I bought a fitbit because I got tired of wearing the chest straps and having to bluetooth connect them to my phone when I work out... The Fitbit setup seemed a lot easier... and it was! The online dashboard was easy to set up and very informative... Unfortunately, the watch is not so good.
1. the band gets itchy and collects sweat, sometimes stopping the heart-rate monitor function
2. the heart-rate monitor is HIGHLY inaccurate. It told me on more than one occasion that my heart-rate was in the 190s when I was barely walking and felt none of the effects of it.
3. battery life isn't very good if you have the heart-rate monitor on (I had it to monitor my resting heart rate during the day and while sleeping). Battery lasts at most a day and a half...

This is the best product for someone like my mom (and anyone else... but especially for someone who is looking for ease of use and practicality). She's in her 70s and widowed.
