I spend probably 4-5 hours a day on conference calls for work, I've yet to use a bluetooth aside from this one that holds up to that for 6 months to a year. Since these came out in 2014 it's been the only kind I've bought. No loss of sound quality for you or the person you're talking to, charges fast etc. My only grip is the proprietary charger.

I live in an area of Anaheim that has constant power outages. If you are in the middle of writing a paper, or if you work from home like I do, then this is an unacceptable scenario. An Option worth having

If you user your laptop in closed clamshell mode, then you want the speed of a desktop solution. Unfortunately wifi is less then an ideal solution in this scenario, and with no ports Apple isn't doing you any favors. Thankfully there is this adapter, it is a blessing.
