why does the phone cost more at best buy than a Regular Sprint Store?
It was the same price as sprint store for me but I got mine on easy pay in stead of paying out right

Does Google Chrome and Google Drive run good on this computer?
I use Google chrome and I have not had any problems with it at all, just make sure you use a fast internet connection like a good cable modem
