I easily set up this router out of the box with some help from my ISP. I did have some issues with them, which I will get to later.
Once plugged in I ran this without the use of my router and realized that my speeds were higher than the Xfinity modem that I was renting. I also realized that the signal was better and reached further than my router and router extender. My modem/router is located in the upper left hand corner of my house and I've always had issues with signals in the lower right hand corner (kitchen). The surfboard gave me a good connection in the kitchen. I will do more research outside and in the yard once the weather clears, but I don't know that I will even need my router and extender anymore. If so I'll plug them back in and try to get a better signal. As with most people, it's always a battle trying to get the best coverage in your home. So far so good on rebooting, we've had some bad weather recently and the router fires back up after a power outage. No issues so far with that.
The only issue I had was with my ISP. They had me on a "triple play" with cable, internet and phone, in order to lower the cost of my monthly bill, even though I never used the phone it was cheaper than the "double play". Since this modem doesn't have a phone jack, they gave me some grief about using it over their leased modem. I was still able to sway them to work with me, but just be aware as to what plan you are on before you buy this.

Unboxing- What a treat. If you’re a fan of actually unboxing items and get a certain satisfaction out of popping tags, V-MODA does you one better. There is a little piece of ribbon that must be cut to get into these headphones. Maybe kind of overkill for some but it makes you feel like you’re unboxing something special, and you are. The hard shell case looks like it will do the job protecting the headphones and it comes with a braided 3.5 plug.
Build- These things look like they’re built to withstand being beat up. Military grade durability is not a joke. A steel frame and screws that hold everything together, it doesn’t look like you’ll have any problems snapping these or plastic pieces breaking off like some of the other top headphones in this price range. Very flexible, whether you’re DJing or if you’ve got kids that like to yank them off of your head. The earpads are very comfortable and seem to have some type of memory foam.
Sound- Wooh. These sound nice. Crisp highs and low bass with zero distortion. It feels like these have noise cancelling but I don’t know if that’s actually what it’s called. Very little noise gets in when using these to listen to music. I listen to everything on the musical spectrum and haven’t found anything that sounded “bad” through these. It optimizes the sound when playing thru your iOS devices. Leave them wired for the highest quality sound!
Battery- Listening normally, you can get up to 14 hours of battery which is pretty good for the quality of the headphones you’re getting. I would never listen to 14+ hours of music but I do forget to plug things in to charge them…so this helps.
Extras- You can customize the outside earpiece covers for these and the extent of the customization is actually pretty broad. Check it out, you’ll be impressed.
Even though these headphones sound amazing without one, I wish it came with an app to control the EQ on them. I feel like this doesn’t take away from the headphones but it’s always good to have that option.
I thoroughly enjoy these headphones and I think if you’re looking for a customizable high end headphone for a high quality audio then look no further than this one!

My wife and I took a leap of faith with this diaper bag, ditching our actual bag bag that you carry with you hands with this Modal Backpack when we went on vacation. It turned out to be a good decision.
The backpack is stylish and sturdy. It feels well built as opposed to some that you can buy online. It doesn't hold an enormous amount of things but we always have extra space and our diaper bag is to get us from one place that has a supply of diapers and wipes to another place that has a supply of diapers and wipes. You don't need to take the whole playroom with you.
The modal diaper backpack came in handy when we had not 1 but 2 blowouts while on vacation. It's helpful to have that extra set of hands instead of holding a diaper bag. There is a dedicated spot for the wipes and a fold out changing mat, which could have been made a little wider. When you have an angry infant rolling around in poop, the more coverage you have on a changing mat the better. It's not a huge deal and I'm sure there are others you can buy that are a little wider that would fit fine in this backpack.
It's got multiple pockets and inside the main compartment there are smaller storage areas for pacifiers and other odds and ends your baby will need. My wife said she really liked the little extenders that are on all the zippers. Much easier to yank it open when you're not searching for a zipper.
All in all I would recommend this to parents who don't want to lug around a bag and want to free up their hands. It's stylish and holds what you need unless you carry a boatload of things. I feel completely comfortable carrying this on my back and storing it is easier than a bag.
If you're swimming in a ton of baby products while expecting (trust me I was in your shoes less than a year ago) or just looking to ditch a heavy bag, this bag might be what you're looking for. The quality is good, it looks good and the price is excellent.

Compact, Mobile and intuitive

This little tablet is perfect for on the go editing and people interested in digital arts. The size might feel a little small depending on what you're used to using but once you use it for a while, you get used to its size.
I loaded the drivers up and was rolling in no time. The bluetooth option is perfect for those that don't want or can't use the cord between their computer and tablet.
After using the tablet on and off for a month I've come to really like this little tablet. I'm just a beginner and I'm using it to edit some photos that I've taken. It's taking a little bit of learning moving from a mouse to this tablet, but I've slowly figured it out. The only con I can say is the nibs seem to grind down a little more quickly than I expected. I would guess if you use this on a regular basis, you'd be better off buying a surplus of the nib tip replacements, they're not that expensive and worth it to have more on hand.
If you're a beginner like me, interested in learning more about digital arts (it's really fun to doodle on) or just want a compact mobile tablet, you should check out this Wacom Intuos and see if it works for you.

So this seems to be a typical wireless charger but it does offer a little more weight than the cheapo wireless chargers that I'm used to buying online. Another awesome thing about this that I didn't get from the cheap chargers? Check this out, this charger actually charged my iphone, with a spigen case and sitting on a pop socket on that case. So there is a decent amount of space between the charger and the actual phone, but this charger worked perfectly with my night time charge. You get what you pay for. Would recommend this 100%.

Amazing Colors, Very responsive apps!

I am going to cut to the chase on this TV. If you’re in the market for a TV this size and price, buy it. Brief history on the TV’s I have owned in the past few years. I started in the flat screen world with a Panasonic Plasma 42” and loved it, then in 2014 I bought a Sony LED 55” and was never really happy with the color or viewing angles coming from that Panasonic. Then I got this Vizio….holy smokes what a great TV!
Let’s start with the unboxing, they packed the tv to protect the screen and inserted it into a high strength plastic bag with handles that allows you to slide it out easily. They recommend you do this with another person but I’m a grown man and I did it by myself. Leaving it on the Styrofoam inserts also allowed me to put the legs on it. Easy peasy.
The TV itself is extremely thin and light for its size. All of your connections are on one side besides the power cable. Nothing that would get in the way of a wall mount, good thinking. Vizio also removed ¾ of the bezel on this tv, leaving only the bottom with a brushed aluminum strip and vizio label in the bottom right corner. T
When I first turned the tv on and set it up it was literally like looking at my iPhone X on full brightness in the middle of the night…almost blinding. This TV is bright and extremely colorful. Once I got everything fired up I went in and played with calibrations and within minutes I got the TV exactly where I wanted it to be…for now. I know I’ll be playing with the calibrations for a few weeks till I finally get it perfect but honestly the “Calibrated” setting is pretty close to where I want to be. The picture on this tv is downright beautiful. The only downside I noticed was a slight darkness in all 4 corners..only really noticeable when there are lighter scenes on. Not a huge issue for me, but I know there are those that would skip the Vizio for that reason. From what I can tell, the viewing angles are actually really good...at least compared to what I was used to.

The apps on this tv are, unlike my Sony, actually apps that I will want to use. You’ve got VUDU, Netflix, Amazon, Kumo, Crackle and Iheart Radio built into the remote and some more cool ones on the actual tv itself. The apps are really snappy to react when clicking and do not take forever to open (Glaring at you Sony). Vizio has said that they will have an app that, with an internet connection, you’ll be able to stream TV and local channels to your tv, great for cord cutters! The Netflix and Youtube app on this tv is much faster than the app on my cable box, which was pretty fast as is. Loading up took no time at all. Streamed Planet Earth II on Netflix and my jaw just about dropped. The brightness and clarity of the picture is pretty mind boggling. I’m really impressed with this part of the TV and I can’t wait to see how much support the apps get in the future.
I won’t get deep into the specs on this tv because there are videos and reviews online for that purpose alone. Go to Best Buy and check this TV out in person, it’s worth your time if you’re in the market for one.

I have to honestly say, I’m sad I never gave Vizio a fair shake in my former TV searches…but this 2018 version P series has changed my mind and outlook on the Vizio line as a whole. The picture is incredibly clear and the colors are pretty insane. I’m still trying to delve into all the settings but I am already in love with this TV. After years with my Sony that I liked but didn’t love, this vizio fits the bill perfectly. Great TV for a great price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a 65” smart tv.

New homeowner here. Got this Bissell and hit my floors for the first time since we moved in. Who knows what type of grime was really on the floor since the design is darker. After sweeping up all the random things, I cranked up my charged up spinwave and went to town. It is EXTREMELY easy to use! It basically moves itself around and you just guide it. It had plenty of battery left after doing my kitchen so I went ahead and hit a few more rooms. All the floors looked and felt clean. Way easier than pushing a mop or even a swiffer. The white cleaning pads were grimy after I was done, popped them in the washer and they're ready to rock and roll again. I love this thing!

Little Sony Phone Wins.

Taking this out of the box, it feels good in my hand. Even though the back seems to be made of plastic, it doesn't feel that way. It feels like it has a non slip resistant coating on it, definitely feels to have some thickness and weight to it, but not too much. The bezels are slightly bigger than I would want since the smaller the bezel the better these days, but that's all personal preferences. The fingerprint scanner is in the perfect spot to me.
Setting up the phone was easy and snappy with help from the Snapdragon 845. Playing games or scrolling thru multiple apps I experienced zero lag and everything is instantaneous. It can handle basically anything you throw at it.
The camera on this device takes gorgeous photos and high quality videos, including a super slow mo option even though it's slightly gimmicky with like a 2 second clip. It's still pretty fun to play around with. There is also a 3D software that allows you to take a 360 degree picture of things, when used correctly it is a really cool app.
The screen boasts a Full HD resolution. It looks very good and there's a ton of options to edit and change the screen to your viewing choices. The only downside is the size, and if you're buying this phone you already likely played around with it already and know how big the screen is.
This phone offers alot of customization and doesn't leave you stranded into one single theme or one look for the life of the phone.
Bloatware is relatively small compared to some other phones I've had so not an issue for me.
I like this little phone. I like the size and I like that it's thick. It's different. In a world full of thin bezel-less phones this is a different phone that packs a powerful punch. Will it catch on? I don't know. I guess time will tell. I would invite you to head to Best Buy and put hands on it and judge for yourself.

Beautiful air purifier/fan

This Dyson looks really cool almost like a work of art, and has some pretty amazing features. It features a plastic design and the filter area is metal. Like most Dyson products it's really easy to setup out of the box and I had no problem syncing this to my phone and wifi. It has a remote but also an app that you can download and use to operate the fan as well as track your air quality. That's pretty cool. Can't find the little remote because your kiddo threw it under the couch or ate it? Use your phone. The front of the fan displays clearly what the fan is doing and when you change settings it shows up. The app has a few more settings and displays and allows you to track your air quality to see how well the fan is working and how good/bad your air quality is. The TP04 has an auto setting that ramps up the fan when the air quality drops to low levels, in turn cleaning the air faster. This fan is way more quiet than your conventional box fan. So if you're looking for something to just "make alot of noise so I can sleep better" like my wife, just buy a cheap fan and save money. The purifier/fan seems to work well. After a few days of using the purifier the air in my house did feel like it smelled and felt cleaner.
Would I recommend this to a friend? This brings us to the final point and only reason I took a star off my review, price. It's expensive. As always, when you buy Dyson you are paying for technology and a high quality products with support. This is much more than a fan and although I have never owned a really nice air purifier, this one seems top notch with all the settings and user interface in the app.

Excellent range extender paired with EA9500

Just moved into a newer bigger house from a smaller townhouse. I have a Linksys EA9500 upstairs in the spare bedroom but I was noticing a weaker signal downstairs on the opposite side of the house and out on the patio. There is a spot finder tool on this device that gives you a good idea where to place your range extender, really helpful! The RE9000 was really easy to set up and gave me the extended signal I needed in the downstairs area and on the patio and even further into the yard than I expected. I'm really impressed with the strength of the device. It's just small enough where you can tuck it away somewhere where it's out of site. This bad boy will be helpful when summer arrives and we have people over and everyone wants to use the wifi outside.
Keep in mind, I am using this with another Linsys product your router may differ. I recommend this to anyone looking to get a little more spread out of their wifi.

These fell out of my ears while I was doing nothing. They don't feel secure. The sound on these are great but working out and exercising with these on will probably not be a good idea.
