The Geek squad needs more training and needs to quit complaining about their job, I would not let the first crew back in my house and complained since the crew leader was a smart alec and gave me the wrong information and the store did also. The second crew was great. The first crew leader needs some training on how to talk to customers,not down to them, but with respect. Come in my house and act that way, he is lucky I didn't make him leave my home. I went to the store three trips all because they were too lazy to listen and then tried to get me to go back the 4th time and pick up when the product was at the store where the installers were. They brought it.
Use common sense.
