Right now I own a rebel t2i. I'm trying to decide on the 7d or the 5d. How does the 5d hold up to movement like running children? the 7d shows it was made for sports, not the 5d. But i like the 5d better bc i do more lifestyle photography. Thanks.
The 5D will focus faster. It's not labeled for sports because it's full size sensor and as such the zoom isn't as much as you'd want for many sports and the frame rate is slower then pro sports cameras. Zoom ie a 100mm lens on the 5D is 100mm, but the equivelent of 160mm on the 7D. The 5D will take far superior photos and does 4k, but you may need a more expensive lens if you really need the reach.
